Payment is processed automatically through the booking system at the time of your appointment. A Halaxy processing fee will be applied in addition to all fees.

Booking an appointment means that we’ve reserved a dedicated one-hour block of time for you, and if you cancel late, it often means that this time cannot be offered to others. This results in a financial impact on the practice, as room rent and other operational costs still need to be covered.
Therefore, we request a minimum of 48 business-hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 business-hours notice, or in the case of non-attendance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee.
A Halaxy processing fee and GST will be applied to all cancellation fees. Medicare rebates aren’t available for unattended or cancelled sessions.
To help you avoid any cancellation fees, you'll receive a reminder text 5 days before your appointment and a reminder email 3 days prior.

Depending on your level of cover, your private health insurance may provide rebates for therapy sessions. Eligibility varies between providers and policies, so it's a good idea to contact your insurer directly for details.
Please note that you cannot claim a Medicare rebate and a private health fund rebate for the same appointment.
