Samantha Duroska, Clinical Psychologist & Board-approved Supervisor

Hi, I’m Sammy.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Trauma Therapist who works with adults experiencing anxiety and PTSD, offering in-person sessions in Coffs Harbour and online across Australia.

My approach is focused on helping you understand and regulate your emotions, build self-compassion, and heal from trauma.

I work primarily with Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT), a method I also enjoy sharing with supervisees as part of their clinical development.

Whether you’re here to begin your own healing journey or develop as a therapist, I’m glad you’ve found your way here.

Supervision For Therapists

My intention is to help you move beyond overthinking and start feeling differently again — more grounded, more present, and more at ease in yourself.

When life feels overwhelming or you’re feeling stuck, reaching out to a psychologist can make a meaningful difference.

If you want to build a kinder relationship with yourself, develop healthier ways to respond to challenging emotions and memories, and begin living fully again, I am here to support you.
