Samantha Duroska

Clinical Psychologist | Board-approved Supervisor

Hi, I’m Sammy.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Trauma Therapist with a special focus on anxiety and PTSD.

My approach is grounded in helping you understand and regulate your emotions, build self-compassion, and find ways to heal from trauma.

I work primarily with IRRT (Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy), a method I also enjoy sharing with supervisees as part of their clinical development.

Whether you're here to begin your own healing journey or to grow as a therapist, I'm glad you’ve found your way here.

My intention is to help you move beyond overthinking and start feeling differently — more grounded, more present, and more at ease in yourself.

What I offer

A woman with wavy brown hair smiling, sitting on a white sofa with her hands on her lap, holding a mug, next to a wooden side table with a vase of orange and yellow flowers, against a plain white wall background.

Therapy

Samantha is a Clinical Psychologist and supports her clients beyond symptom management so that they can thrive again.

Trauma

Supervision

Samantha is a Board Approved Supervisor and offers guidance to her supervisees in trauma therapy, with a focus on IRRT.

Supervision

When life feels overwhelming or you’re feeling stuck, reaching out to a psychologist can make a meaningful difference.

If you want to build a kinder relationship with yourself, develop healthier ways to respond to difficult emotions and memories, and begin living fully again, I would be grateful to support you.
